1930's SUPERTONE HAWAIIAN LAP STEEL GUITAR

Can you identify this guitar for me and give me an idea of it's worth?

You have a late 1930's Supertone Hawaiian Lap Steel Guitar. It was likely made by The Harmony Co out of Chicago for Sears, Roebuck & Co. This would be considered a "house brand" guitar. There are definitely some condition issues and you would have done well to have accepted the $200 you were offered.
